Arc Veil

Spin the shield. Block the candy. Keep the sun smiling.

Candy-colored arcs close in on a little sun from every side. Rotate your veil, a curved shield that orbits the sun, and put it in front of each hazard before it lands. Every block scores, and blocks in a row build your combo. Miss one and the sun takes a hit.

Features

• Easy to learn, hard to master. The first 25 seconds teach you with slow singles. Then twins, walls, quick spikes and spinning arcs speed up.
• Hard but fair. Every hazard can be blocked. Twins always fit inside your shield, and the next hazard always leaves you time to turn.
• 3 hearts. A miss costs one heart, resets your combo and gives you a short safety window. Lose all three and the run is over.
• Combos and near misses. Combos score more, and blocking right at the edge of the veil gives a bonus.
• Free veil colors. Sky from the start. Bubblegum unlocks at a best score of 150, Grape at 400 and Sunshine at 800. No paywall.
• Works on phones. Drag on a touchscreen, or use a mouse or keyboard. Your best score and veil color save in this browser.

How to play

1. Tap Play (or press Enter)
2. Drag around the arena, or hold A / D, to swing the veil in front of each incoming arc
3. Block twins with one swing. They always fit inside your veil.
4. Chase a higher best score to unlock new veil colors on the title screen
